how do i change file types for songs on my phone?

i want to know how i change the song's file type on my phone. For example i would like to change it from mp3 to m4a for video dj. Please help, i would like any free web sites for this. I would also like to know have to get youtube videos on to my phone for free aswell. Thanks in advance!
