How do I get my Samsung t429 phone to pair with other PHONES via bluetooth?

T-Mobile said it could only pair with bluetooth headsets and handsfree and said it did not have the capability to pair with other phones via bluetooth. Is there any secret codes or any way I can get it to pair with other phones? BTW: I've already asked T-Mobile and they won't tell me anything because they said it is illegal to "share" music and they would be breaking the law.
