Phones??????

I really don't like my phone, or any phones at&t sells (i need a phone with a keyboard b/c i text alot so my buttons break) and i was wondering if I could buy a phone from sprint or somewhere else and use the at&t service on it....Thanks!!!

1. yes but go metro you are better off all the way around... i spend 2cents a minute for calls from california to australia and unlimited local and long distance for 45 a month no minutes charge except fo the international long distance as i said
2. No, you cannot buy a sprint phone and use it on ATT. Sprint uses CDMA technology where ATT uses GSM, so they are incompatible. The only phone company you could use with ATT is T-Mobile, but phones bought from the manufacturer are typically "locked" meaning you just can't swipe sim cards. There is a way to unlock phones, but i don't know how.
