can anyone please tell me how to download softwares to my N99i Chinese made phone?

I just bought a Chinese N99i Touchscreen dual sim card phone with tv, and I tried to download some softwares like yahoo go on it but would not download. It also does not even recognise files from computers with windows what do I do?
